In KJV Matthew 7:21-23 Jesus says:
21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
KJV Matthew 24:4-6. "And Jesus, answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you, (5) For many shall come in my name, saying I am Christ; and deceive many. (6) And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars; see that ye be not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.”
KJV Matthew 24:11 “Jesus says: And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.”
KJV Matthew 24:23 Jesus says: “Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. (24) For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”
It must be noted that the scripture does not say that there will be many false Christs. However, false Christs will shall arise and they shall deceive many.
Isaiah 28:10 explains how we should align scriptures. KJV says: “For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:” (The NIV changed this text.)
Here Jesus is explaining what would be the sign of His coming and of the end of the world. Here Jesus tells them to take heed and that no man deceive you – many would come in His name, saying Jesus is Christ; and deceive many. Then Jesus talks about wars and rumours of wars.
Satan goes to work here to deceive many. In KJV Matthew 24:5, Jesus said: “For many shall come in my name, saying I am Christ; and deceive many.” Instead of following the instructions given for aligning scriptures, some are following their own understanding. This is a very simple statement; however, Satan does not want the Saints of GOD to understand what is written here. Therefore, Satan uses people who are learned to change the text based on their understanding. These people attempt to improve this communication, by changing the text. They understand if a simple change is made the scripture can be aligned without any problems.
The Oxford NIV Scofield Study Bible changed the text to read: "For many will come in my name, claiming, "I am the Christ, and will deceive many."
The Amplified Bible changed the text as follows: "For many will come in (on the strength of) My name (appropriating the name which belongs to Me), saying, I am the Christ (the Messiah), and they will lead many astray.)"
Some versions of the Bible only made the following change: “For many shall come in my name, saying I am the Christ; and deceive many.”
Now let's see what happens when we use the process for the alignment of scriptures as outlined in KJV Isaiah 28:10 without changing the text.
Matthew 24:4-5 And Jesus, answered and said unto them:
Take heed that no man deceive you, (5) For many shall come in my name, saying I am Christ; and deceive many. (This is a precept or line)
Matthew 7:21-23

Here after you align these scriptures you can clearly see that JESUS was telling them to take heed that no man deceived them. Some will come in Jesus’ name, saying Jesus is Christ, and deceive many. It does not say that many would come to us claiming to be Christ. However, Jesus was telling us to let no man deceive us, although many would come in His name and say that Jesus is Christ; they would deceive many. When you carefully think about it, when one says Lord, Lord, that person is recognizing Jesus as Lord. (Jeremiah 14:14) This person is not a false Christ. However, this person may be a false prophet, or claiming to be an Apostle, Evangelist, Teacher, Pastor, or a Child of GOD in the name of JESUS. However, they were not chosen by GOD and they deceive the Saints by what they teach and preach.
Let's continue to align the text by following the instructions in Isaiah 28:10
Matthew 24:4-5 And Jesus, answered and said unto them:
KJV 24:4-5 Take heed that no man deceive you, (5) For many shall come in my name, saying I am Christ; and deceive many. Here when Jesus said many would deceive many. Jesus was not talking about many false Christs deceiving many. However, here JESUS was saying many who come in his name and profess that Jesus is Christ is Lord would deceive many. They will be preaching and teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Worshipping GOD in vain and deceiving the Saints of GOD. (Mark 7:7) Jesus wants the Saints to be aware of these people who would profess that Jesus is Christ. When the NIV and some of the other Bibles changed the text; it removed the warning regarding these people who would deceive many.
Isaiah 29:13
“Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:” This also explains why only a few will find the way.
KJV Matthew 7:22-23
22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Now let's see why they made that claim. And why Jesus would say that He never knew them.
Isaiah 29:14
“Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.” Here we can see it was GOD doing the work, however many people think they are doing the work.
Isaiah Chapter 28 and Chapter 29, explain what is happening today. Matthew 15:7-9 states: (7) “Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, (8) This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of me.” Today, there are many Saints who are worshipping in these assemblies where they are teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Some may teach that this is not written for the Saints today. However, Isaiah 28:5, explains that this text is written for us today. It says: "In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people. (6) And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate." It is important to understand what is going on today from GOD's vantage point. Isaiah 28:8 says: "For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean."
It is important to carefully read Isaiah 28:7-15. You will discover, how the writers of some of these versions of the Bible have failed; some have failed to align scripture in accordance with KJV Isaiah 28:10 "For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little." At times, they attempted to interpret the text, instead of translating it. It is clear at times, they attempted to translate without understanding the base text.
Satan knows today that the Bible is the means that the saints of GOD receive knowledge! In this warfare – what has Satan done? Satan has undermined the integrity of the written Word of GOD with different versions of the Bible.
The love of money – there is much money to be made in publishing Bibles, however for new Bibles to receive copyrights, they must not say the same thing. Below is how Satan is accomplishing his objective.
(1) Satan knows that if the changes are scattered throughout the Bible, many would never detect deceptions because many people do not understand doctrines and do not align scriptures precept upon precept, precept upon precept, line upon line, line upon line, and here a little and there a little.
(2) Satan has removed some foundational scriptures. And, Satan has changed texts that will be overlooked by many; however, these slight changes sometimes change the meanings and intents of the scriptures.
(3) Satan knows that many Christians will have itching ears and will not endure sound doctrine. Consequently, Satan has Bibles available to satisfy their desires.
Therefore, Satan’s battle plan is built on that foundation. Satan knows that the Word of God is good for the saints and if the saints of God are fed the sincere milk of the Word of God and meat as appropriate, he cannot spoil the saints of God. So, Satan has developed a very comprehensive battle plan in the dark to promote the bad wine which is a corruption of the Word of God. Here are a few things that Satan has done.
(1) In KJV 1 Corinthians 14:36 it says: “What? Came the word of God out from you? Or came it unto you only?” The NIV and some of the other versions of the Bible removed “What?” from this verse. Apostle Paul admonished these brothers for having the deposition that women should be silent in the Church. However, the admonishment was removed. Readers of these versions of the Bible are taught that women should be silent in the Church. Today, many hold fast to this disposition as if it is true.
(2) In KJV Acts 20:22 says: “And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there:” The NIV changed this text. The NIV says: “And now, compelled by the Spirit, I am going to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there.” As you study and carefully align scriptures you will discover Apostle Paul was warned through the Spirit by disciples (Acts 21:4) and a prophet (Acts 21:10-11) that he should not go to Jerusalem. And Apostle Paul testified that earlier in his ministry, JESUS told him to haste out of Jerusalem because they would not receive his testimony there. (Acts 22:17-18) The bottom line: Apostle Paul was not compelled by the Spirit of GOD to go to Jerusalem, however he hasted and was determined to go in his spirit. Here it is clear the writers of the NIV and some of the other versions of the Bible have undermined the integrity of the written word of GOD. Many Christians today cannot image Apostle Paul walking in his flesh. Consequently, they failed to observe a change in Apostle Paul's demeanor and his teaching after this happened.
These are only two of the examples of how Satan has undermined the integrity of the written word of GOD. Consequently, many teachers in Bible Colleges, Universities, and Seminaries have been deceived. When the teachers are deceived; the students are deceived. Consequently, the students earn their degrees and go forth and preach and teach others. Consequently, the Saints of GOD are deceived - therefore only a few find the Way. Today, we have 50 major versions of the Bible in the English language and 45,000 different denominations worldwide and the Church cannot fellowship together.
However, the problem goes beyond this failure. It is hard to believe that GOD sees all tables today as full of vomit and filthiness and there is no place clean. However, when you carefully examine these Bibles, you will discover even when the KJV of the Bible was first written, the writers failed to consider what Jesus said in John 7:16-18 and what Apostle Paul in Galatians 1:8-9. After we discovered that at times Apostle Paul walked in his flesh, we took a closer look at his writing. We discovered that some of the teachings of Apostle Paul in 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, and Titus are contrary to his earlier teachings. After carefully evaluating these books, we discovered some of the writings do not meet the standards that GOD has given us for His doctrines.
Praise GOD in the name of JESUS! JESUS gave us a way to determine if the doctrine is of man or GOD. John 7:16-18 records “16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. 17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. 18 He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.”
It is very important to understand this standard that JESUS outlined to determine if doctrine is of man or GOD. However, the writers of the KJV and other versions of the Bible did not apply this important standard when compiling the text for publication. But they did include the standard in the text of the Bible in John 7:16-18. It is unfortunate, that scholars and ministers of the Gospel have overlooked it, passed over it, tossed it aside, dismissed it, or unheeded it. Nevertheless, JESUS gave us a way to determine if doctrine was of GOD or men – today all Bibles that have been published include doctrines that do not meet these standards.
Moreover, in A.D. 49 in the writing of Apostle Paul in Galatians 1:8-9 “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.” It is important to understand, that Apostle Paul was inspired by GOD in A.D. 49 when he wrote this statement.
Galatians was probably written in A.D. 49. Surely, “I suffer not a woman to teach” and “women being saved in child-bearing” were not part of the doctrine Gospel of God in the name of JESUS in A. D. 49. Jesus did not teach it and no other Apostle taught it. However, women had active roles in working the gospel of God in the name of JESUS.
Jesus, explains what Isaiah wrote regarding this deception in Matthew 15:7-9 and Mark 7:6-7. Isaiah 29:9-15, covers the depth of the problem for us today. The Lord has poured upon us a spirit of deep sleep and all have been covered. People fail to understand revelation knowledge; they draw near GOD with their mouth; their lips honour GOD, but their heart is far from Him. The people learned to fear GOD from the precepts of men; but GOD will do a marvellous work and a wonder among these people. And Isaiah Chapter 28 explains how we have erred and failed to align scriptures; And today, Jesus gives strength to the residue of His people to turn the battle to the gate.
Isaiah 29:15 says: "Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us?" Today, publishing Bibles is a money-making opportunity for some; And some make their living teaching from these works. Of course, the love of money is the root of all evil. And others, have earned their degrees based on false teachings. Now it is about their social status and pride; this will prevent some from repenting and making the much-needed corrections. But, GOD has His remnant that will repent and help make the much-needed correction to help ensure truth goes forth in the name of JESUS!
Consequently, many have been and are being deceived by men today; men who are teaching doctrines of men. Some of these men have large assemblies and many followers. However, the Saints are not taking note of these men because they are looking for someone who proclaims that he is Christ. Yes, there will be false Christs; however, the word of GOD does not say: that there will be many false Christs. However, false Christs will deceive many.
Isaiah Chapter Six, clearly explains that not just anyone can handle the word of GOD; Isaiah explained how he was undone and how he lived among people with unclean lips. Before, he could go forth and do what GOD wanted him to do; he had to be cleaned up. Today, we have people who are handling the word of GOD who are undone; attempting to interpret text and writing their versions of the Bible without the Holy Spirit. Consequently, many have been and are being deceived. This is a spiritual war; one of Satan’s stratagems is to undermine the integrity of the written word of GOD. Satan has been very effective in accomplishing this.
KJV Revelation 14:6-7 says: "Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people— (7) saying with a loud voice, “Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.”
The angel had a loud voice, to get our attention. Today, many do not fear GOD. GOD wants us to fear Him based on His precepts. The Everlasting Gospel must be preached throughout the world before the end comes. This is our watch.
