Yes God has answered our prayers in the name of Jesus. God has touched the heart of President Trump. Now we must allow God to work it. There have been many across the nation protesting police abuse for a long time because the police have been allowed to kill and abuse the very people that they have pledged to serve and protect. There are some well organized groups that have been trying to convey this injustice of the killing of the innocent. There are powerful websites that are committed to exposing the corruption of the system. President Trump inherited this problem. Mothers and loved ones have cried out to God in prayer after the loss of their loved ones; God has answered their prayers.
Allow me to explain. I am a prophet of God in the name of Jesus. I have been working against police abuse since 1987, even when I was in the military stationed at Los Angeles Air Force Base. Moreover, I have a son who was unjustifiably shot in the back by a Sheriff Deputy – I have experienced this injustice first hand. There have been many other individuals that have been on the frontline for a long time in this fight and they continue to fight.
God directed me to conduct an inquiry of the Administration’s and the Attorney General’s resolve to ensure the safety of the Public while supporting the police. The Inquiry was completed and shared with President Trump and the Attorney General on November 3, 2017. The Inquiry was not shared with the Public, the media, or Congress because God did not want it to be used as a tool to attack President Trump. President Trump has been attacked since he has been elected. Now God has touched the heart of President Trump. This short video clip of President Trump’s comments will show you how God has touched President Trump’s heart. Therefore, the attacks against the President must come to an end and the people and politicians must work with him to effect real change to ensure the safety of God’s creation, his people. Now we must pray that God will touch the heart of the people and open their eyes so we can eradicate the roots of this problem.
The Inquiry was very comprehensive. It was concluded that both President Trump and the Attorney General do not understand the gravity of police abuse and corruption and the affects of their misconduct. Moreover, it was determined that there was not a resolve to hold the police accountable by the Administration or the Attorney General. The approach being employed will not ensure public safety. On January 12, 2018, at the direction of God, I wrote President Trump again and made recommendations. The recommendations also included how he should address the problem of some of the Players in the National Football League electing not to stand when the National Anthem is being played. I received a letter from President Trump, dated April 25, 2018. President Trump expressed his resolve to reduce crime, restore public safety, and strengthen law enforcement in the United States. President Trump also stated that he was recommending new laws to protect the police. Here President Trump did not express the resolve to hold the Police accountable. At the direction of God, I responded to the letter. I wrote President Trump on May 19, 2018 and reiterated that God had directed me to conduct the inquiry because it is regarding the safety of his creation; mankind in America. Here is a quote from the letter:
“Mr. President, I would like to bring to your attention the reason that I conducted the inquiry of the Administration’s and the Attorney General’s resolve to ensure the safety of the Public while supporting the police. In the letter that I wrote you on November 3, 2017, I explained that God has directed me to conduct this inquiry because it is regarding the safety of his creation; mankind in America. Here is the problem – there are some members in the law enforcement community in the United States that are killing and abusing innocent people and they are not being held accountable. God says: “Thou shall not kill.” God created mankind and God has heard the cries of many and has given me the authority to speak in His name to the leadership here in the United States regarding this injustice. President Trump, you inherited this problem; moreover there are federal investigators who have confirmed the nature and the severity of the problem. It is apparent that their findings and recommendations are being minimized and the commandment of God: “Thou shall not kill” is not being taken seriously.
It is important that your staff understand that this communication is not from Elmore Richmond Jr., however it is from God. Surely, a reply signed by you Mr. President would have been enough to appease me. However, God is not looking for appeasement. God says it is not acceptable for law enforcers in the United States to continue to kill innocent people and not be held accountable by the leadership of the country. Mr. President, you understand a bad deal; God says this is not acceptable!”

After these communications were sent, the issue of the NFL was in the news again. There was much tension in the air. However, on June 8, 2018, President Trump clearly demonstrated a change of heart. In fact, now the President seeking inputs from the NFL players to discover what they see as injustice. This is in line with what God directed me to share with him on January 12, 2018. Surely the President asked the NFL players for recommendations for people that they are aware of that have been treated unfairly by the system. However, it goes a lot further than that – the heart of President Trump has been touched by God. (Please note: This video clips is about 15 seconds longer than the standard that is now being released from CSPAN – on this clip President Trumps admits that the NFL Players know more and have seen more injustice than he has seen.) President Trump is now open to listen to the facts. The door is now open because God has heard the prayers of many.
However, it is imperative that President Trump is not attacked, but the facts must be presented. There are many, many stories about police misconduct that President Trump and most Americans have never heard. Now is time to present the facts. It is imperative that this be done at this time. President Trump made good on his promise to recommend legislation to protect the police; According to USA Today, The U.S. House of Representatives voted on Wednesday, May 16, to pass the Protect and Serve Act of 2018 by a vote of 382 to 35. If the bill becomes law it would toughen federal penalties against people who intentionally target law enforcement officers in attacks, including ambushes.
As Congress is moving to protect police there is even more evidence that the Public needs protection from the police. However, this is not on the agenda of the President, the Attorney General, the House or the Senate. However, God has touched the heart of the President – it is time for the People to present the facts. It is apparent that the members of the House and Senate do not understand the severity of police abuse and corruption. The problem of police abuse and brutality is a national problem; however it has not been exposed to the point that is required to create a national response. However, here is an opportunity for change. But it must be approached from a different perspective.
Many claim that it is only about one percent of the police force that is corrupt or engage in police brutality. We must realize that it is only one percent of the population that serve in our military and they work to protect over 300,000,000. Likewise one percent of the police force can corrupt the entire police community if they are not held accountable. We must address the one percent, because the proposed Protect and Serve Act of 2018 is also designed to protect that one percent who are not worthy to wear the uniform of the brave men and women who are willing to give their lives to protect and serve the citizens of the United States of America.
Police Chief Ramon Batista, Mesa AZ spoke out about several videos he has seen regarding situations involving his officers. Here is Chief Ramon’s comments: "Over the last few days, we’ve seen several videos showing situations involving our officers,” Police Chief Ramon Batista said at a news conference Friday. “They are disturbing, and they will not be tolerated.” Video of one of the incidents in Mesa, AZ
Prior to completing this communication, I discovered another website that is for teens, Teen Vogue. I discovered some very disturbing incidents regarding police misconduct affecting our teens – these videos are going viral and reaching millions across the nation. It is sad to think a law is being considered to protect police who engage in the type of conduct that is being displayed in these incidents. Here is the article from Teen Vouge.
It is true that God has touched the heart of President Trump; President Trump can take immediate actions to set the tone for change. However, the problem of police abuse and brutality goes beyond the President. It is imperative that these stories be brought to light to the President and Congress. There must be a change in the Hearts of people throughout the nation. It will take all of us working together to inform the public. However, we cannot continue to attack the President and the 99 percent of the police who are truly trying to protect and serve. Nevertheless, the blue wall of silence must come down.
There must be a media campaign to expose this wickedness. Organizations must join forces to share their stories to President Trump, members in the House and the Senate and the public. The people must become fully aware of the current state of affairs. There are hundreds of individuals and groups that are already working to spread the word. However, there must be a more united front. The Church also must become involved in this process to make a change; this is a spiritual war, we must never lose sight of this. We must value life – this will also have an impact on the minds and hearts of others who are willing to kill their neighbors without cause. We have allowed this unclean spiritual to run lose across the nation – a violation of God’s commandment – “Thou shall not kill.”
Form a collaborative of organizations to effect this resolve to inform the people of the scope of this problem before there are riots across America. There should be special television programs and events to help expose this injustice. Funding should come from sources around the nation. If we all work together we can have the impact that is required to empower and equip people. There are even law enforcement personnel within the system who need our help to end the corruption within. Members of Congress do not understand. There are many pastors who are not involved because they do not know how to become involved and do not understand the scope of the problem. There are young people who are becoming bitter day after day after watching this endless stream of injustice on the internet. Now we can paint the picture. Let the President know! However, you must not attack the police! However, our goal should be to help them do their job better. We must encourage the good police to take actions to help get rid of the bad police.
How do know that God has sent me with this message? Well I am a Prophet of God in the name of JESUS. At the directions of God I wrote President George W. Bush 13 times and all revelation have come to fruition. I wrote President Barack Obama more than 30 times and all revelations have come to fruition. I have written President Trump 11 times and all revelations have come to fruition. Here is my most recent revelation; on or about June 8, 2018, I had a dream about a man speeding. I saw an officer with a speed gun pointing at the vehicle as it went by. Next, the vehicle continued to speed - then went off the road into a woody area and continued. I heard the man in a car say to himself: I must get back to the base. However, he was confronted with flash flooding. Cars were backed up on the street. I also noticed there were tree branches that had fallen onto the street. Next I saw people walking because they could not go any further with in their cars. I did not know where I was so I asked one man - he was very disgusted and his comment reflected his frustration. Next, I asked a young woman – she told me that I was in Temple, Texas. Here is the revelation – shortly there will be flash flooding in Temple, Texas, there will be debris on the streets, people will be frustrated and during the same time frame there will be an incident regarding an individual speeding and going off the road.
