Dear Secretary Carson:
Please find enclosed a copy of a letter that I sent to President Donald Trump, dated July 1, 2017 and several other letters and books. In the referenced letter, I mentioned you, as Secretary of HUD because the approach that is currently underway by the Department of Justice is not comprehensive enough to adequately address the problem of gang violence, killings, and to ensure safe communities in Chicago. I recommended to President Trump that immediate initiatives should be implemented to include the involvement of H.U.D. and the City of Chicago to address these social ills and provide real opportunities. Surely, I know that you agree with this recommendation and you probably have plans on the way. However, I am writing you to help assist in your quest to effect real solutions to create safer environments throughout the nation.
I just watched a short video of you expressing your belief that the Church should be involved in community development. Surely, you are correct. Please find enclosed one of my books that was published in 1994. The book is titled: “The Power Pack: 101 Points to Social and Economic Justice. It is a true master plan that God put at my hands that capitalized from the works of many. The plan offers resolutions to address crime, gang violence, hunger, poverty, indifference, and intolerance. Surely, President Clinton and others expressed that the work was commendable; however there was not a real resolve to end these deployable conditions and to address the root causes. Secretary Carson, God gave us this plan over twenty years ago, however America did not adhere to the call. Consequently, today there is a greater need to implement the plan. After a quick review you will realize it merits.
I also attached another book, titled: America! America: “A Check Up For the Body of Christ – The Church.” In this work, I share the revelation of 9/11. God revealed to me 9/11 before it happened and my life has not been the same. On page, 25 of this work I also mention the book, “The Power Pack: 101 Points to Social And Economic Justice.” Below is a quote from the book.
“In 1994, while I was writing my book titled, “The Power Pack: 101 Points To Social And Economic Justice”, God allowed me to lay horizontally, and look down on earth. I saw people devouring one another. After that experience, I searched the scriptures and discovered how Paul reminded the Christians in Galatians, Chapter 5:13-15 (13) “For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty, only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. (14) For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thy self. (15) But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.”
Surely, we all can see today this is a reality in communities across the United States. The “Power Pack” offers real solutions. This work will not only be a help to HUD, however it will be of great benefit to the Department of Education and the Department of Justice. This work is currently out of print; however it can be purchased from Amazon. I pray that you will read it and then share your thoughts with the other departments. Secretary Carson, you are in position to help effect real changes. I am a prophet of God; I am one of God’s mouth pieces. Consequently, my primary works are to help make the Bride of Christ ready and provide counsel to the leaders of the land at the direction God in the name of Jesus.
Listen carefully, Secretary Carson, America will be destroyed if the leadership of America does not learn to fear God based on His precepts. Secretary Carson, I have shared the book, “America! America! …”, with President Trump and the Secretary of Defense. In addition to this work please find a copy of the book, “Ending Terrorism In the United States: God Has Warned U.S.” Secretary Carson, I realize that you are the Secretary of HUD, and I understand your function, however I also understand that the leadership of America needs to understand the true state of the nation from the vantage point of God. If it does not receive and adhere to This Counsel of God, this nation will be destroyed and it could happen on our watch.
I am a retired military man and I love America; however God showed me the destruction of the World Trade Center before it happened and my life has not been the same. I wrote President George W. Bush thirteen times and all revelations have come to pass. I have written President Barack Obama more than twenty times and the revelations keep coming. I know the state of the nation and the consequences of our actions. We cannot defeat ISIS with our military might; On October 6, 2001, I first warned President George Bush about this revelation and the consequences of our actions. Surely, the warnings have gone forth to the leadership to no avail. Today the leadership of America is making the same mistakes by putting our trust in our military might in addressing terrorism; this approach will not work. God has given me the solutions.
Besides solutions, God sent warnings. In the enclosed book, “Ending Terrorism in the United States: God Has Warned U. S.” I would like to direct your attention to some of the warnings and revelations that have come to fruition in the book. On page 144, there is a reply from the United Nations, dated March 12, 2003; on pages 149 – 150, there is a reply from Senate George Allen of Virginia dated April 8, 2003. Please note affixed between these two letters on pages 145-147, is a letter that I wrote President George W. Bush, dated March 7, 2003. The last paragraph of this letter to President Bush on page 147 describes the financial crisis and the impacts that we are experiencing in America today. Moreover, on pages 128 and 130, there are letters that I wrote to President Bush, dated December 2, 2002 and December 20, 2002 that foretell the level of destruction that we will receive by floods. In addition to the floods, on October 26, 2001, President Bush was warned about a plague of national disasters at a level that this nation has not experienced in its short 200 year history; this letter is on page 120.

Secretary Carson, surely you are a praying man of God. In order to make America great again; the Nation needs healing. I pray that this communication will reach your hand. You and the leaders of America are in our daily prayers.
