Dear Mr. Kelly:
God wants President Trump to succeed at making America great again. President Trump is a very wise man; God has richly blessed him with some very special gifts. However, it is imperative that he has enough information to make the best informed decision. Please find enclosed the most recent letter that I sent to President Trump dated: May 19, 2018. I ask that you carefully review this information because it will clearly show that President Trump has not committed to holding the police accountable, therefore the climate is becoming even more hostile. In the letter the concerns are clearly explained. I have not shared this communication with the House or Senate because God wants President Trump to see the real problem and take corrective action. Moreover, there are some members in the House and the Senate who would use the inquiry as a tool to attack the President. Therefore, the inquiry and my most recent letter will not be shared with them at this time. However, I did share President Trump’s resolve with the House and Senate and recommend that they work with the President to effect laws to give law enforcement more protection and laws to protect the Public from the law enforcement community abusing their authority.
General Kelly, President Trump like most people does not know the Way of the Lord. It is imperative that he understands the Way of the Lord and learn to fear God based on His precepts. Action must be taken to address the divide in the nation and ensure public safety. God will help us if we would allow Him. I have compiled a Special Notebook for President Trump and I have sent it to Ivanka Trump to share with the President. General Kelly, President Trump needs the opportunity to read these communications. Listen carefully, only the blessings of God will end some of these upheavals.
God has established standards, when Donald Trump was elected as President of the United States, America was not within the counsel of God. Now President Trump is in the position to help effect real changes to help effect healing of the land. It is sad to see these school shootings – we have unleased these unclean spirits. President Trump can even create an environment to help change the spiritual realm with the words he speaks. There must be more emphasis on the value of life of all people. This must be clearly conveyed by President Trump; he must help set the tone. For example! As President, Trump sincerely speaks about the Police when someone is killed in action, he must express the same type of concern when the Police unjustifiably kill or injure an America citizen. It is important to support both: (1) new laws for better protection of police and (2) new laws to protect the people from being unjustifiably killed or injured by corrupt law enforcement officials.
Moreover, we must study peace and not engage in wars without provocation. Hollywood must clearly understand this resolve. The computer gaming industry must revisit the way they promote violence through video games. Turning your attention back to the primary subject of this communication – God’s creation is being unjustifiably killed by members of the law enforcement community and they are not being held accountable. Request that President Trump be given the real opportunity to see the scope of this problem from a different advantage point. General Kelly, I worked with Wing, Base, and Unit commanders for years addressing serious human relations issues. Surely I discovered that there were some who did not want to hear bad news however I discovered you must share the bad news and resolution at the same time. Moreover, they must be provided enough information to make the best informed decision. It is clear that President Trump has not been provided enough information to address this very serious problem that could lead to racial rioting in the streets across America. Therefore, we pray that President Trump be provided a real opportunity to discover the severity of the problem of police and community relationship and given resolutions to effect a much needed change.
In 1976, Headquarters TAC assigned me to a base after someone had fire bombed the base commander’s car, the wing commander’s car and a black Staff Sergeant had taken over the Command Post with an M-16. I was a 26 year old Staff Sergeant at the time, however I found myself working directly with the Wing Commander and we created a healthy human relations climate within several months. The recent protest in Charlottesville reminds me of what happened at McGuire AFB in the early 1980’s when I discovered there were some white young airmen selling their motor cycles and buying guns to keep blacks from getting everything. Of course you will not find any official records of this because there were no reportable incidents. Nevertheless, I worked the problem directly. These Airmen had become “barrack rats.” They were upset because the promotion system had changed and more blacks were getting promoted. Moreover, the USO started bringing more young ladies from Philadelphia – Some of these white young ladies would dance with the black airmen, etc. These white airmen were not pleased with these developments. I meet with them and encouraged them to come out of the barrack and go to the dances – study for the tests – etc. It worked - they were projecting and were willing to hurt others – however this all changed and we did not have any racial incidents.
I worked in this field for about 16 years from 1973 until 1989, when I retired as Superintendent of Social Actions, Los Angeles Air Force. General Kelly, it is imperative someone step up to the plate with integrity and intestinal fortitude and work very closely with the President to address these very serious human relations concerns. Look for someone within the system that has these qualities. Lt General Jay Silveria, the Superintendent of the United States Air Force Academy demonstrated those qualities last year as he spoke to the cadets at the Academy. Although General Silveria made his position known, President Trump missed an excellent opportunity at the time as Commander-In-Chief to help set the tone for the military and the nation. God revealed to me that the military is experiencing unhealthy human relations climate in some places. I discovered that there was a direct relationship with poor human relations and the increase in safety incidents, aircrafts mishaps, substance abuse, etc. In 1973, I developed the color codes to indicate the current state and the likelihood of racial incidents to occur within units. President Trump needs to understand these observations.
Besides the problem with race relations – the nation is politically divided – therefore almost half of the elected officials are not working in the best interest of the nation. All elected officials need to know that if they cannot work in the best interest of the nation they need to resign. Jesus said a nation divided shall not stand; President Trump needs immediate help to meet these great challenges. Again General Kelly, we pray that you ensure that President Trump is given the real opportunity to discover the facts. Deliver the bad news with resolutions. Fill the void and get help to assist President Trump to meet these challenges.
