Answering GOD's Call. Now is the Time!
January 25, 2026
In this message, we explore one of the most courageous declarations in Scripture: “If I perish, I perish.” These words from Queen Esther were not spoken lightly — they were spoken in a moment of destiny, purpose, and divine calling. Esther stood at a crossroads where obedience meant risking everything, yet she chose to answer God’s call.
But this message isn’t just about Esther. It’s about you.
Have you answered God’s call?
Are you still making excuses, delaying your “yes,” or believing you must fix yourself before coming to Jesus?
Through the stories of Esther, Ruth, the rich young ruler, and the disciples who left everything immediately, this message challenges us to examine our hearts. Jesus calls us to follow Him without hesitation, without excuses, and without looking back.
We look at:
• Esther’s bold obedience in the face of death
• Queen Vashti and the events that positioned Esther for purpose
• Jesus’ call to discipleship in Luke 9:58–62
• The rich young ruler’s struggle with surrender
• Ruth’s unwavering commitment to follow Naomi and embrace the God of Israel
• The parable of the great supper and the danger of excuses
• What it truly means to be a disciple of Jesus
• The urgency of repentance, obedience, and wholehearted devotion
God is still calling today.
The table is prepared. The invitation is extended.
Will you say yes?
“Today, if you hear His voice, harden not your heart.”
